Inspiration to Last all Year

With each new year, the ISPA Conference & Expo brings high-level speaker lineups, invaluable    networking opportunities and the chance to re-energize and reboot your work and personal lives. Conference may be over, but we can still keep the positive momentum moving forward and inspire our team members and our businesses.

There are countless ways for you to keep the ISPA Conference & Expo energy with you! Here is a list of just a few:

-How about those amazing sponsors & exhibitors?  It’s hard to get in all of the conversations you’d like to have in just three days.  Reach out and connect with those you may have missed or send a special thank-you to those who offered a new product or service that will enhance your spa offerings.  Click here for exhibitor contact information.
-One of the hardest decisions at Conference is which Professional Development Sessions to attend. No worries.  You can purchase the full set of audio recordings here which includes more than 1,700 minutes of education.  Use these recordings as an inspirational training tool year-round.
-Ensure that your company is Great by Choice by keeping the takeaways from Monday’s General Session with keynote speaker Jim Collins top-of-mind during your daily business routine. Catch up on some of Collins’ key points highlighted by ISPA member Ada Polla here.
-ISPA partnered with American Forests to plant a tree for each Conference attendee.  If each attendee were to match this donation and plant a tree on their own or make a donation, that would total more than 4,000 trees. If you would like to find out how to get involved, contact ispa@ispastaff.com.
With the end of every Conference, we leave with notebooks and minds full of new strategies, ideas and thought processes to embark upon in the next year. My challenge for you this post-Conference is to share your personal Conference takeaways with your staff and to inspire them to fearlessly reach for new heights and goals and to grow as spa professionals.
