Findings from the Consumer Snapshot – Volume IV, Male Consumer Insights

The latest spa consumer research arrived with last month’s release of the ISPA Foundation’s Consumer Snapshot – Volume IV, Male Consumer Insights. Part of the Foundation’s ongoing Consumer Snapshot Initiative, the newest volume features never-before-seen data on the male spa-goer.
  
The official unveiling of this new research offering took place during the 2013 ISPA Conference & Expo. ISPA’s PwC representative, Colin McIlheney was present to share insights and key outcomes on the findings during his research presentation held at the start of the Wednesday General Session.
